Cross trade

It is called cross trade or transit trade

It is a form of trade in which a third country's trading company (Korea) intervention, in the trade transaction between the exporting country (China) and the importing country (USA) to carry out the transportation, and the Korean company is the party to the payment. Shipping freight payment is generally processed by exporting country-Agency (EXW/FOB) and Agency-importing country (CIF/CNF).
